3) Precautions for Installation of Certain Specific Wheat Flour Milling Machine.
Due to the structural characteristics and working principles of the equipment itself, during installation, it is not possible to damage its vulnerable parts. In addition, when the water control instrument detects the initial moisture content of the wheat, it requires the material level of the wheat in the hopper to be maintained at a certain height so that the detection probe can detect it. If the material level is too high or too low, the gate below the hopper will be correspondingly Adjust the degree of opening to maintain the level of wheat in the hopper. If the upstream incoming flow cannot be maintained at a stable level, the opening degree of the gate will change frequently. The change of the gate opening degree will be recognized by the probe first. Information feedback to the microjet space may cause the hoist to block material, causing the system to stop. Details such as these are easily overlooked and it is difficult to fully express them on the drawings. This places high demands on the quality of managers and installers.

3. Safety issues during construction for the wheat flour mill machine.
The last and most important thing is the safety during installation, including the safety of people and equipment.
